What will happen during session?
Below I explain what you can expect to give you the most of idea how session will look like. Yet, best understanding you will get after first experience. I will be using tools from different modalities such as Beleif Coding, Rapid Transformational Therapy and Hypnotherapy.
Belief Coding® is a combination of science-backed psychological and neurological techniques. It helps you change your beliefs that are limiting or holding you back from achieving your goals. We are working on the core level, finding the root cause of your negative beliefs/ unwanted behaviors. Belief coding can be applied to any area of your life, such as money, health, relationships, or career.
1. Before the session worksheet
To begin, I will walk you through a worksheet (download here) – You can print it or grab any piece of paper at home and write something similar. It doesn’t have to be perfect.
The first page, guided by me, will assist you in specifying the issue you want to address during that session. This page provides a structured approach to help you clearly define and articulate the challenges and concerns you’d like to focus on, ensuring a targeted and effective session and clarity in the outcome you want to achieve.
Then we will go to identifying negative beliefs attached to it that might be holding you back. This way, in our session, you can focus directly on the beliefs essential for you to overcome this issue. This small workbook serves as the foundation for the entire session.
I won’t ask for any specific details; You don’t need to tell me anything you do not want, ever; Everything is confidential, so I encourage you to be very honest with yourself becasue sometimes we just do not want to face certain things and it’s beneficial that we do.
Right from the start, pay attention to any memories that surface and/or what new feelings and sensations you experience in your body (you can use an extra piece of paper to jot them down quickly).
2. USING KINESIOLOGY TEST CALLed HUMAN COMPASS® and memory access
The goal, once we’ve pinpointed your specific issue, is to trigger a “random” memory to surface in your mind. It might seem random, unimportant or even irrelevant, but don’t dismiss ANY memory. If multiple memories come up, remember them all or note down a few details to recall later.
With HUMAN COMPASS®, we’ll delve deeper into the emotions connected to the negative beliefs or experiences you’ve identified. During this stage, memories and/or emotions will naturally surface, and that’s fantastic. It’s crucial to understand that this is a normal and wanted part of the process.
Your subconscious is leading you to the memories or emotions that require attention for you to achieve your desired outcome.
There are various kinesiology tests, including one called HUMAN COMPASS®. Watch the short video attached at the bottom of this page to familiarize yourself with it and have some fun practicing for a few minutes! Early practice ensures that this tool works smoothly for you during the session, allowing you to focus on the process. If you encounter any challenges, please inform me in advance so I can assist you. Reach out sooner rather than later for a timely response and to ensure a relaxed and prepared experience.
For those with concerns about knees or an inability to perform the activity, please let me know. I’ll gladly provide an alternative variation tailored to your needs, ensuring a comfortable and safe session. Your well-being is a top priority, and I’m here to support you in adapting the practices to your individual circumstances.
Could you please ensure that the Sway Test/Human Compass, or Pendulum Test is functioning smoothly before our meeting? That means a lot. Thank you!
3. Trust in the process and drop the judgement for few minutes, ok?
As memories or emotions surface, trust the process.
It’s ok if you doubt or feel like you’re making things up. Take a leap of faith and go with it, alright? Whatever comes to the forefront for you, has a reason and purpose, even if you can’t fully grasp it or see its significance yet.
Remember, what they say about life “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward.”
So, give yourself permission to NOTICE whatever shows up — memories, emotions, sensations — with a curious mindset. Say to yourself, “Okay, I noticed it, interesting.” And let it be, as we will be moving to next part of session. All emotions are welcome, always; if tears appear, let them flow until you feel it’s complete. This is incredibly important! Don’t hold back. Allow yourself the grace to fully experience your emotions from start to finish (you will notice they run their course quite fast). No emotion can linger with you indefinitely.
These emotions signify the beginning of a release that’s vital for your healing and overcoming the issue you brought in. You’ve held back your feelings long enough, so embrace this opportunity for genuine emotional expression.
4. Accessing memories and feelings
If memories or emotions don’t come up right away, that’s perfectly fine. We can employ gentle approaches to address this without pushing or actively searching.
Important for you is to keep in mind that we’re letting the subconscious lead the way; Subconcious always reveal only what it considers safe for you to delve into in that moment — nothing more. Your mind is clever and well-protected. You will not force it to do anything that goes against your safety.
5. YOu will be guided throughout the entire session
I’ll guide you through every part of those transformative sessions, ensuring your subconscious easily follows along. Your role is to concentrate on my voice and your internal world (your thoughts, feelings, memories). Next, we’ll dive into your past memories, thoughts, and feelings that are related to the issue. It’s a essential part of the session where real impact is happening, and where your active participation plays a key role in reshaping your beliefs and experiences.
During this phase, I’ll ask you to sit with your arms and legs crossed. From that moment until I instruct you to open your eyes, keep them closed and focus entirely on what’s happening within you. There’s no need to open your eyes or think about others in the group; it’s a waste of your valuable time. Your task is to maintain internal focus — it’s really simple you will see.
Closing your eyes helps significantly reduce most of external stimuli and distractions. Even if you keep them closed now for two or three minutes, your internal world — your thoughts, feelings, and memories — start to feel more “real” than what’s happening outside. Give it a try 😉
6. How we work with memories
At times, you might hear me mention “reflection.” Picture yourself from this morning, waking up, still in bed. Now, remind yourself when you had your first beverage — whether it was tea, coffee, water. Now see yourself yesterday, eating lunch, and did you look like you enjoy what you were eating? — however you remember or imagine it, even sense it or just know it happened in that moment. You have various versions of yourself in different memories of your life: in bed, drinking first beverage, eating lunch etc. I’ll refer to that version as “Reflection” or “Younger you.” “Younger version of you”
As you notice, visualization may be bit misleading by “visual” part.
Visualization doesn’t necessarily mean creating a vivid movie in your mind like Netflix. It can but doesn’t have to be visual at all; it can involve a mix of sensory experiences. It’s okay if it’s more sensorial, based on inner knowing, or imaginative. You do you—whatever feels natural to your unique way of experiencing things.
Whether you see a clear picture or simply sense it in your body, it’s all good — it’s still “Reflection” or “Younger you.” You don’t have to be visual; Your inner world is unique to every person, and however you communicate with yourself is perfectly understandable to you. It’s that inner knowing, where you just know without knowing how you know that.
In the next part of the process, our task is to elevate your reflection (the memory, thought, or feeling) to a 10/10 amazing feeling. This is a powerful, empowering step where You assist Yourself in providing and receiving what you need to heal that specific trapped moment in time (with my tips and guidance). It’s a crucial aspect of the session where you actively participate in the transformation of your beliefs and experiences. That’s KEY PART FOR YOU. And it’s up to you to be in drivers sit at this point. You take agency over your life and responsibility for finally providing yourself with what you needed.
I’ll guide you through different questions and visualizations. If you’re not a “visualizer,” you’ll naturally translate it to your style of working with yourself—whether it’s based on inner knowing, sensations, or even explore audio-sensory experiences. Use them to your advantage, providing your reflection with what they need.
7. Coding in new powerful beliefs
After exploring your memories, the next exciting step involves coding in powerful new beliefs that you’ve specificly crafted on the before-the-session worksheet — yes, your marvelous handiwork!
So, make them count as you will be code them into your subconcious, and even cheking if they were successfully coded later.
You design your new beliefs to empower you, igniting a sparkle of profound sense of agency over your mind and life. You’ll begin to foster a subconscious trust in your ability to achieve your goals. The ultimate goal? Instaling a strong and deep-seated sense of inner safety, self-love, self-worth, and empowerment over your thoughts and life. Cultivating and nurturing a positive shift in your mindset and thought patterns, swinging the door wide open to success and a life shaped according to your terms and desires. This transformative process of reshaping your beliefs also lays the foundation for enhanced self-perception (what you believe to be true about yourself, and how you see yourself), robust emotional resilience, and the confidence needed to navigate the path toward your aspirations and desires.
The overall effect? A transformative impact on your behavior, emotions, and, ultimately, your ability to achieve desired goals and personal growth. So, let the coding magic begin!
Quick tip: It’s super helpful to clear up any process-related questions before our session. Why? Because a clear, stress-free mind is all about focusing on what matters.
8. Managing expectations
We often oscillate between extremes, from thinking change takes too long and doubting our ability to achieve it, to wanting everything resolved instantly. This cycle appears like unconscious self-sabotage. In reality, change is gradual. It involves progress through continuous, strategic actions, rather than expecting a one-time solution to fix everything immediately. By embracing the concept of gradual progress and understanding that consistent actions create a butterfly effect of constant positive change, we can break free from the cycle and move towards sustained growth and achievement.
TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF, YOUR WELL-BEING AND YOUR JOURNEY
The fear of embracing radical responsibility for our well-being, thoughts, and whole this journey called life — holds us back in various aspects of life. This fear may originate from different roots, but entering this journey means embracing absolute responsibility for yourself. I’m not here as a savior or to be your hero; my role is to help you remind yourself that you are your own hero. Together, we’ll empower that hero within you to stand empowered, free, and happy. I act as your guide, yet the decisions on this journey rest entirely within you, at every step.
You hold the entire power of decision, so always decide what is best for you. If I or anyone else assumes the role of your hero, savior, or leader, it sets you up for failure because, in that moment, you are handing over your power. Placing yourself in a dynamic where you are weakened or child-like.

Post session experience
In the days following the session, you may undergo a spectrum of emotions — feeling emotional, somewhat flat, or remarkably positive, energetic, and happy. These are typical responses connected to the release of emotions that occurred during the session. Change has taken place, and you need time to integrate it all. The most substantial healing transpires when you engaged with your emotions and memories. If you happen to feel a bit low or emotional, embrace it as a temporary phase, and soon, you’ll discover a remarkable sense of well-being.
