Choose Your Cozy Spot

Pick a private, comfy space where you’ll feel at ease sharing all the things, even the not-so-comfy ones.

Tissues & Water

Have tissues nearby (just in case) and a glass of water handy.
Bonus tip: drink 1–2 glasses of water beforehand—your body thrives on hydration.

HOW TO PREPARE

If you enjoy knowing all the things before diving in, this section is for you. Here’s everything you need to feel prepared, supported, and ready for your session!

WHERE DOES THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?

Your session will take place online via Zoom.

  • If you booked your session through my website, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
  • If we arranged the session directly, I’ll send you the link through the platform we discussed.

SESSION DURATION

Your session is planned for 1.5 hours, but please allow 2 hours in case we need a little extra time to complete the process.


WHAT TO HAVE

  • A notebook and pen (in case you want to jot down insights).
  • A box of tissues (you never know when You need it).
  • A glass of water. Arrive well-hydrated—drink 1–2 glasses beforehand and avoid coffee or tea. Your body will thank you!

YOUR SPACE

  • Choose a quiet space where you can either sit or lie down. You’ll stay in this position for most of the session. At certain moments, I may ask you to stand for the Kinesiology Test. [If you’d prefer not to use this method, that’s ok—just let me know at the start of our session. I have plenty of other tools to guide us through your process.]
  • Dress in something comfortable—you’re meeting a friend, not a boardroom! No need for makeup or a spotless home—relax and come as you are.
  • Pick a cozy and private spot where you can feel totally at ease—somewhere you won’t be interrupted or overheard, ensuring your comfort and privacy.

TECH TIPS

  • Ensure your device is charged or plugged in—no unexpected battery surprises!
  • Check your camera and microphone before the session. Position your device so I can see you clearly, and your hands are free.
  • If technical issues happen, stay calm. Message me on WhatsApp and try reconnecting on Zoom. We’ll handle it together!

During this time, you’re welcome to share how you’re feeling, how things are going, which changes You observe or observations you’ve noticed. This is also an opportunity to reflect on what you’ve learned about yourself or ask any additional questions related to the session topic.

Guidelines for messages: If you’re part of an amazing, talkative group of women (you’re fantastic!), please keep your messages concise or voice messages under 2 minutes. Please remember that this is a follow-up, not a second session.

If you’re a first-time client, kindly let me know your WhatsApp number so I can check in on you as well. I genuinely care about your progress and want to support you in achieving your dreams.

IF YOU CAN’T ATTEND YOUR SESSION [RESCHEDULING]

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Here’s how it works:

  • 1st reschedule: No problem, it’s on me.
  • Further reschedules: The full session fee will apply.
  • If you miss your session without notice, it’s non-refundable. I’ll wait for you for 15 minutes, just in case!
  • This count will be clear after 6 attended sessions
